"I believe this game has the potential to gain a substantial amount of players as well as fans not only because of how easy to learn the game is, but also because it allows for every game to be competitive, despite the talent on each team. Everyone has a chance of being the walk-off run, the team base stealer, or the lights out closer. It almost feels like October baseball every time we take the field because you never know what will happen next. Throughout my years of playing sports, townball is the only one that gives you this thrill every. single. game."

"It would be interesting to create a creed declaring the freedoms Townball allows the players to have, and why the game is the epitome of strategy and choice. While the premise of the game is set in stone, townball allows brilliance and bravery to reinvent a whole new game within the game, be it mentally or through physical skill. It could be used to intrigue new groups to participate in learning the game, or to create a fraternal bond between players who’ve already grown to love it."
-Brand Visacki, First Captain of the New York Mutuals, 2020

"Awesome play [Joe Panik scores on a wild pitch by Aaron Barrett in the 2014 NL Division Series]. America would love Townball, plays like that are routine."

Townball, when you think about it, is actually just the swing dance version of baseball. Think of dancing in slow motion to Beethoven whilst Chief stares at you angrily. That's baseball. Okay, now think of all the fast-paced and improvisational joy of swing music and dancing whilst Chief applauds you like a proud dad. That's Townball.
